your goal it might spit out a goal for you that's not good enough it might give
you 2400 calories when you should really be on 2200 but just adjust it you want
to set it to 40 40 20 protein carbs and fat breakdown that should set your
grams of protein about 140 to 160. just pick a number it has to add up to 100
start tracking for four weeks weigh yourself daily and put it in the app and
then adjust your calories up or down but keep protein the same just adjust your
fats and carbs this is kind of what the app looks like it gives you your
calorie counts you can add food you know it adds it up and it tells you like
you we don't want the exercise part here so you know we would delete this or
don't connect your fitness tracker but it should work so what do you do if
you're not losing weight make sure you get a food scale and you're weighing
everything in grams before it's cooked throw the chicken breast in there it's
